The Clean Hands Campaign was created in 2009 to promote hand
washing as an important step in preventing the spread of
respiratory flu and many other diseases. The Clean Hands
Campaign is a multi-county partnership of hospitals and health
departments in Charlotte, DeSoto, Manatee, and Sarasota
counties.
It is clear that our community believes that Clean Hands Save
Lives. To date, we have received enthusiastic community support
as thousands have visited our website for tips on preventing flu
and colds. More than 100 Community Partners
pledged their commitment. Two years later we continue to have
steady traffic and to distribute toolkits to businesses, schools
and organizations. We welcome your commitment to the Clean
Hands Campaign. Join the Campaign as a
community partner.
